Shipment

The delivery costs are €6.00

After receipt of your payment before 3 p.m., your package will be delivered the next day to the delivery address you specified, with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

It is very important to notify us immediately by telephone (+32473454514) or by e-mail (info@parfen.be) if you have not received your package 2 days after your payment, so that we can check what may have gone wrong.

You can also track your package online yourself with the tracking number provided.

If you are not present, the carrier will leave a note with a proposed 2nd delivery date, and with information on how to change this 2nd delivery date if you wish.

If you are not present on this 2nd delivery date, your package will be placed in a collection point in your neighborhood for 7 days, with notification in your letterbox.

You can then collect your package there within the specified period upon presentation of your identity card.

If you do not collect your package there within the period, it will be sent back to our warehouse at Out2Send, Delften 23 Unit 6, 2390 Malle - Belgium.

After receiving the return, we will contact you again to discuss further handling.

Broken Bottle(s) & Leakage

If there is any visible leakage, you must refuse the package and return it to the carrier.

If for some reason you have not returned the package to the carrier, you must inform us immediately by e-mail: info@parfen.be.

In this email you must explain the circumstances, certainly including photos of the packaging and the broken bottle(s).

Return

A package may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Please send an email to info@parfen.be, requesting a return and stating your bank account number; we will confirm within 24 hours and send you a return label.

Make sure your package is securely packed and take it to a shipping point of your choice.

Then send your package to our warehouse, at Out2Send, Delften 23 Unit 6, 2390 Malle - Belgium

After receiving your return shipment in the original packaging, in good condition and unopened, the amount you paid for perfume and the delivery costs will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.

Billing terms

The sold goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the sales price. After delivery, the buyer bears all risks. Non-payment of any amounts due on the due date may result in the reclamation of goods. All payments are made exclusively to the Registered Office or to the bank account of the seller.
